Audreanna (Anna) Dominguez is a dynamic, values-driven leader dedicated to creating sustainable change that empowers individuals, families, and communities. With dual master’s degrees in Organizational Leadership (MOL) and Business Administration (MBA) from Saint Ambrose University, and a Bachelor’s in Theology, she combines strong academic foundations with a decade of cross-functional experience in nonprofit leadership, workforce development, education, and community engagement. Her professional journey spans roles in nonprofit organizations, including career advisor, parent educator, and HR assistant, reflecting her commitment to service, empowerment, and people-centered operations.
Beyond her professional roles, Anna has demonstrated remarkable leadership in volunteer and governance positions. She is the Founding President of the Horizon STEM Academy Board of Education, where she plays a pivotal role in establishing and sustaining a school that provides equitable educational opportunities for students in her community. She has also served as a governing member of the Graduate Student Government at Saint Ambrose University, representing student voices and shaping institutional policies.
Anna is deeply passionate about education and views her role in founding Horizon STEM Academy as one of the greatest honors of her life—an opportunity to leave a lasting legacy of empowerment for future generations. Her leadership is guided by humility, vision, and a steadfast belief that education and community investment are the cornerstones of lasting change.
Married and a proud mother of four, Anna balances her personal and professional commitments with resilience and grace. Her ultimate aspiration is to lead at the political level, where she can influence policy and drive systemic change that aligns with her lifelong mission: building communities where every person has the opportunity to grow, thrive, and succeed.
